Requirements:
1.strong vision in business and technology developments
2.proactive self-starter with strong team leadership and initiative to motivate a team of IT staff
3.excellent project management and communication skills
4.strong analyzing and problem-solving skills and can work under tight deadlines
5.at least 5 years working experience of which at least 3 years are in multi-tiered web environment and RDBMS design
6.good understanding of CRM, MIS and all Microsoft systems, including Windows 2000 server, SQL server and Visual Studio
7.degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines with solid experience in internet/web site development
