耐力板安装方法：
1.保护膜会影响填缝料与中空板的结合，故在安装前，要求先去掉固定部分及周围5-10MM的保护膜
2.板材的开锯，中空板可以用美工刀具开界，若用电锯须注意去除开锯的粉尘：耐力板需要用电锯开界，注意板边须平齐，若呈现锯齿状特别容易造成应力开裂。
3.板材上钻孔，需要用特殊工具，使开孔边缘光滑齐整，若呈锯齿状特别容造成应力开裂。钻孔时注意不能使板材变形。
4.板边缘封闭处理，有两种粘胶带可以选用：一种是可以隔绝灰尘为水气：另一种是隔绝灰尘但透气。选用时，对于板边缘将位于高位置而且没有入水危险的，建议用种，其它用第2种。
5.若板材在运输时是卷曲的，阳光板，那么安装前应该解开卷曲的阳光板或者耐力板，UV涂层阳光板，静置一段时间，通常耐力板需要24小时：中空阳光板根据卷曲形变程度不同为12-24小时之间。
