【產(chǎn)品說明】：

焊接操作機具有機構(gòu)，功能，操作方便等特點，對提高焊接質(zhì)量起了可靠的保證作用。根據(jù)橫臂前段的承載重量、有效伸縮、規(guī)格型號分為通用型、重型、載人型；結(jié)構(gòu)形式有固定式、固定帶回轉(zhuǎn)式、移動帶回轉(zhuǎn)式三種。

所有操作機立柱、橫梁制造工藝均采用鋼材整體折彎或型材組焊成形，導(dǎo)軌為45材料，經(jīng)過時效處理、刨削、磨削等加工手段，防止導(dǎo)軌變形，提高其精度，增長使用壽命。

As per the boom up& down, valid stretching stroke and boom end load, there are light type, and heavy type and manned type. As per the structure, there are fixed type, moving type, fixed& rotation type. movable& rotation type.

Column and boom adopt high quality steel structure with good rigidity. The guide rail is manufactured by45 steel. After aging treatment, planting, grinding welding to keep the guide rail from deformation, to improve the precision and prolong the service life.

【3.BCZR載人型系列】：

性能特點：

1、導(dǎo)軌為矩形；

2、配置有載人框和行走平臺，可隨橫梁一起移動；人性化設(shè)計，可方便操作工高空作業(yè)；

3、立柱和橫臂均采用整體箱型結(jié)構(gòu)，機械強度高，穩(wěn)定性好，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊；

4、橫臂伸縮采用交流電機變頻無級調(diào)速，起動力矩大，速度平穩(wěn)，可靠性強。采

用齒輪齒條嚙合傳動，傳動精度高，無爬行，無抖動。

【3.BCZR Manned type C&B】：

2、The manned platform can be travelling with the boom. It is humanized design to 

operation high above.

3、Column and beam adopt high quality steel structure with good rigidity. Both 

column and boom are rectangle structure.

4、Boom retracting adopts AC motor. Frequency stepless speed regulation, thus 

ensuring steady speed and facilitating speed regulation. gear and pin rack
