KJBL59系列三聚氰胺油墨



1、本產(chǎn)品采用進口丙烯酸樹脂和顏料經(jīng)過細制研磨加工組合而成，適用范圍：PBT，三聚氰胺板材料絲印及移印，常溫25度需加配10%固化劑，不需烘烤，即可獲得優(yōu)異的附著力。100度烘烤25分鐘之后可以耐洗網(wǎng)水甲苯等溶劑



2、產(chǎn)品特性：亮光、附著力佳、流平性佳、硬度強、耐酒精、抗刮傷。

3、色澤：26色常用色，其他特殊顏色可以調(diào)配，可用于絲印，移印（需添加相應的溶劑不建議使用劣質(zhì)稀釋劑稀釋）

4、固化劑：本產(chǎn)品常溫下必需添加配套加固化劑，否則會影響其效果，有可能會結(jié)團反應，10度干燥速度會更加緩慢



5、油墨調(diào)配方法：先加配套固化劑攪拌均勻再加稀釋劑5-10%左右稀釋到印刷適合粘度攪拌均勻，根據(jù)當時的實際環(huán)境條件選用稀釋劑：快干、中干、慢干稀釋劑，一般情況為冷天（≤15℃）選用快干劑，而熱天（≥30℃）選用慢干劑。



6、使用期限：壹年，過期請慎用，加了其他助劑剩余油墨不可回收。



7、不得與其它類型油墨混合使用，否則容易出現(xiàn)其他附著力，化學反應等不良現(xiàn)象。

【油墨使用安全規(guī)則】

1．各種承印物料的外觀相似，務必確認承印物的材料是否相符，客戶需先試印，確其符合要求后，再批量生產(chǎn)。



2．做好被印物的表面清除油脂及雜質(zhì)以促進附著效果，在移印過程中如出現(xiàn)拉絲或散開，可適當加入一些慢干膏即可;



3．未經(jīng)允許情況下，不得將本系列油墨與其它類型油墨混用及配色，環(huán)境溫度過低，將會影響油墨原有的質(zhì)量。



4．注意作業(yè)車間的濕度，濕度過大會影響附著力，溫度高容易堵網(wǎng)。



5、使用時注意施工場所的通風狀況良好。盡量避免皮膚直接接觸

6、本品不慎濺入口、鼻、眼、耳內(nèi)，應用大量水清洗或直接求助醫(yī)生。

7、對本品過敏者，使用前應涂覆一層皮膚扶膚膏或戴不滲透手套。



8、根據(jù)氣候變化，請遠離火源，陰暗處15度-30度環(huán)境下存放，油墨，稀釋劑使用及儲存時嚴禁煙火
